Sea Salt Water: What It Can and Cannot Do for Your Skin

Why is it every time you go to the beach, you notice that your skin gets softer? Is there any sense to this?

The answer is in Yes and no.

Theoretically, Sea Salt Water is somehow similar to our blood plasma. So, they say that it’s supposed to boost whatever our blood does for our skin. Some of these claims are faster healing, reducing inflammation, and purging out excess oils

It also contains Magnesium, Calcium, and Potassium, which are essential elements for the natural healing process of the body. It also has some Sulfur which is a known anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial.

If you notice a reduction in your acne, it’s probably because of these claims. Some people even say that it has worked on their stubborn acne

However, there is no hard science that can support these claims yet.

It might regulate oil and reduce acne formation temporarily, but there is no guarantee that it can cure acne completely.
