Our hair is mostly made of keratin which is a kind of protein. So, consuming inadequate amounts of protein can reflect on hair volume and quality.

This means, check if you are eating enough eggs, legumes, beans, nuts, fish and seafood, lean meat, and poultry.

And of course, make sure that you are ingesting enough vitamins (A, B, C, D, zinc, biotin,…). These are essential if you want your scalp to be capable of growing hair

Go Easy on Styling

No doubt that styling or blow-drying our hair makes us feel great about ourselves. But too much can cause hair damage.

So, go easy on chemical products, treatments, and heating devices. Provide adequate time for your hair to recover from stress and heat. If there’s no need to iron or curl, allow your hair to air dry and breathe.

Also, keep your shampoo mild and simple. Check if it contains anything that is too strong for your scalp.
