Any sort of cardiovascular conditioning is classified as aerobics. It means any exercise with oxygen in which your heart rate should increase like swimming, running, cycling and abrupt walking are some examples.

Muscle strengthening includes any exercise with which our muscles build stronger and fatigue resistant. Stronger muscles can refer to muscles that are more powerful and can perform larger tasks (such as lifting greater weights) or muscles that can function for longer periods of time before becoming weary (endurance).
Stretching is the capacity to move through an unconstrained, pain-free range of motion. A flexible body can do more work without exhausting. Flexibility or stretching is the same. Some examples of stretching activities are: Yoga, stretching.
