Millions are struggling to find which skincare routine suits them the most so if you are one of them then you need not to worry any longer. We’ll find the right way for you to get back your skin’s lost glow but first you need to know what your skin type is.
Dry skin– It is a type of rough and flaky skin which might be itchy sometimes. You will feel the sensation of friction with your fingers when touched. It has a dull appearance.
Oily skin– It is shiny and greasy skin which might feel a little sticky when touched. Pores are mostly open.
Combination skin– In this kind of skin, some areas are dry and others are oily. A common pattern might be the oily T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) while the rest of the face is dry.
We are bringing skincare routines for oily skin here. So let’s begin!
Skincare routine for Oily Skin
Oily Skin is not your fault at all. Our skin produces oil naturally but those with oily skin have just an excess production.
Morning routine:
- Cleanser
- Toner
- Moisturizer
- Sunscreen
Evening routine:
- It goes the same as the morning routine but just replaces sunscreen with an eye cream.
- Remember to use oil free products.
Weekly routine:
Exfoliate twice a week and use a clay mask once a week.
Also for all the products you use, make sure to use oil free products and exfoliate with gentle pressure to not wash away all the natural oils.
Tips for all:
- Remember not to over wash your face so that natural oil stays on skin.
- Prefer organic botanical cleansers and those having fruit extracts because they have no harsh effects on your skin.
- Try to use turmeric masks, aloe Vera and cucumber masks once in a while to treat a buffet of numerous vitamins to your skin.
- Always do gentle massage on your skin to avoid any damage to your face
We want you to love your skin and yourself..
