Rice water is an excellent remedy for hair. It is nothing new, in case you were wondering. There are several benefits of boiled rice water for hair & skin, the digestive system, and your clothes. A good number of studies support the claim that rice water is good for hair, and their presence as ingredients in hair care products suggests the same.
