For making a pumpkin face mask, you can switch on all other ingredients to get added benefits, except the main ingredient that is pumpkin puree. So here is the recipe to make a pumpkin face mask to get nourished, rejuvenated, and glowing skin:
You need:
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin
- 1 raw egg
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
First of all, make the puree of the pumpkin by blending it in a food processor. Add all other ingredients and blend again until you get a smooth paste. Apply it over your clean face, leave it for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse it with plain water.
Pumpkin is packed with fruit enzymes and vitamins like A, C, and E. It is also loaded with antioxidants and minerals. Thus it gives you brightened and smooth skin. Thanks to its fruit enzymes, it naturally exfoliates and detoxifies the skin. That’s why pumpkin is a superhero for our skin.
