Should I wash my hair every day?

You may have heard that washing your hair every day is bad for you. However, every person has different needs and hair types. Hence it must be adapted to their needs. Some people can wash their hair daily; however, you must pay attention to unwanted side effects like dry scalp or dandruff. Hair Care

For other people, it is adequate to wash their hair every couple of days with no problem at all. The frequency of your hair wash must be chosen individually.

How much shampoo is enough to wash the hair?

The right amount of product to use to wash medium hair care is equivalent to an almond. And you must apply it and massage it from the scalp down to increase circulation and make sure the product is spreading evenly. 

What kind of shampoo should be used?

Avoid ingredients like alcohol, fragrance, and preservatives, and go for neutral and specific shampoos for your hair type. If you suffer from a particular hair or scalp condition, you can alternate your medication with your neutral shampoo. 

If I exercise often, should I wash my hair all the time?

Yes. If you tend to exercise, your hair may get dirty and have a bad smell due to the sweat; hence your washing frequency must be increased.
