Use sun protection:
Your hands need equal sun protection like your body, so don’t forget to apply sunscreen every time you step out of your home.
Moisturize regularly:
Proper moisturisation keeps them hydrated. This is very necessary for youthful hands. So keep applying moisturizer or hand lotion. Don’t let them stay dry; especially detergents and similar chemicals make them extremely dry. This dryness can lead to wrinkle formation.
Exfoliate regularly:
Exfoliate your hands regularly with the right exfoliant to rub off those dead cell layers and make them soft.
Treat age spots:
If you are experiencing such spots, treat them timely with OTC medications and take proper care to prevent their reformation.
