Acne is mostly caused by bacterial growth on our skin. Anti-bacterial properties of sesame seeds helps to curb bacterial infections.

  • Anti-oxidant activity 

Rich with anti-oxidants, it prevents the formation of free radicals that damage the skin.

Another useful component of sunflower seed is magnesium which regulates hormonal functions. It also controls excessive sebum production which can lead to acne breakouts.
