Cellulite is caused by fat under your skin that pushes your connective tissues and makes it look lumpy and pucker. Women are more prone to developing cellulite than men. There are several factors like hormonal, genetic, and environmental factors that play a role. But how can we target any of them to get rid of it completely? No, we can’t!

Yes, we can’t get rid of cellulite completely. We have several treatment options that we can look into to minimize cellulite. Treatment options can be a topical application of serums or surgical procedures such as cryolipolysis, laser treatments, etc. In some cases, it goes away but temporarily. As a long-term option, there is no cure for cellulite. You will have to manage it. 

Several self-care tips can make your cellulite less noticeable, such as maintaining a healthy weight, staying physically active, keeping your muscles toned, eating clean, and avoiding smoking.
