Green tea has been used in our routine for decades to improve our health and give us energy and improve our overall look. This tea is rich in antioxidants, known as polyphenols, that not only protect your skin from sun damage and aging but can also improve digestion, metabolism and prevent cancer. 

It is a product that you can find anywhere and add to your routine by ingesting it or just applying it to your face.

How to apply green tea to your skin?

Take a green tea bag, put it into boiling water for a couple of minutes, and leave to rest until it gets warmer. Grab a cotton pad and soak it in the tea and then apply in the area needed. You just have to let it act for some minutes and then remove it.
