Skin allergies are most common in the spring season though they can affect your skin at any time of the year. Here are some do’s and don’ts to help you manage your symptoms whenever they may appear. 

Do’s:
Avoid outdoor activities: 

Avoid outdoor activities especially in the morning when your skin is more prone to getting infected by the pollen, and dust around you. And also the pollen count is higher during the daytime.

Keep your house allergen-free:

Cleaning your house frequently during allergy season will help you breathe more comfortably. Sweep and vacuum your floors regularly to get rid of any pollen your family might have tracked into the house, and wash your bedding regularly.

Take good care of your health during allergy season:

You can do this by having fresh juices, doing all sorts of precautions, and keeping your skin intact. 

 Don’ts:

Open your windows during allergy season:

Think twice about opening your windows to let the breeze in during allergy season. That breeze could carry pollen into your house. Instead, step outside briefly when you need a breath of fresh air.

Frequent washing:

Always try to avoid frequent washing if your skin is getting itchy during the allergic season. It may cause further damage to your skin.
