Here Will Tell You How to Adapt Your Skincare Routine When You Exercise

When you exercise, you must modify your habits, including your diet and skincare before and after an exercise routine. One of the main changes is adding products to your skin if you practice outdoor and prolonged activities to avoid skin damage, especially during the summer. the

Here we will give you some recommendations to adapt your habits and skincare while you exercise: 

  1. Don’t forget to apply sunscreens in areas like the neck, hands, and ear during outdoor activities. It is important to reapply every couple of hours.
  2. Wear hats, long sleeves, and loose clothes while running long distances. 
  3. If you like to swim or practice any sport in the water, choose a thick and waterproof sunscreen. Also, don’t forget to hydrate your skin after removing the salt or chlorine contained in the water. 
  4. If you go to the gym, sanitize your hands and every piece of equipment used; this way, you will avoid spreading bacteria. Also, if you tend to sweat a lot, take a clean towel with you and use it. 
  5. Don’t forget to hydrate while exercising; you must drink at least eight glasses daily. 
  6. Adapt your diet according to the intensity and amount of exercise you are practicing.
