It is sprayed onto the scalp after shower and can be left until your next bath. But if you find this uncomfortable, you can leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse with cool water. 

They say that rosemary contains several phytochemicals that can increase blood circulation to the scalp.

It can stimulate hair growth

It can strengthen your mane by delivering more nutrients to your strands. 

It can relieve itchiness and reduce flakiness because of its anti-inflammatory properties

It can add shine to your strands.

Are these claims true?

Looking at rosemary alone, it is an antioxidant that can improve microcirculation in the scalp to preserve the integrity of the hair. 

However, the preparation of the concoction can affect the effectiveness of the ingredient once applied. 

This is why; if you want to be sure that you get the benefits, it might be better to purchase over-the-counter products that have rosemary on their list of ingredients.
