Horrifying Habits That Can Destroy Your Sensitive Skin

Only you are responsible for your skin health. While you follow a skin care routine, ensure that your skin looks its best by avoiding the following skin-damaging habits.

You are badly popping your pimple:

This is the worst you can do to your skin. It spreads the bacterial infection on your face that further infects your pores. The infected p0res are themselves very irritating. Constantly popping your pimples can seep the infection deep into your skin. This damages the epidermal layer of your skin that causes permanent scarring on your skin.

Horrifying Habits

You are going to bed without removing your make-up:

There are micro pores in your skin that help the microcirculation of your skin. If you go to bed without removing makeup then your tiny pores will get clogged and prevent microcirculation, increasing the risk of your skin getting infected with pimples.

You are dehydrated:

Water is a vital part of your whole body and an individual cell as well. Not drinking enough water will make your cells and skin suffer and then it cannot function properly. This will ultimately make your skin dry, itchy, and flaky which makes your skin prone to wrinkles and speeds up the process of aging.
