As the temperature soars, the heat becomes unbearable, and while you’ve trained your body to fight the heat and keep cool, the same is needed for your delicate skin. The arrival of the summer season can be hard not only for your body but especially for your skin.

Following are some most common symptoms that your body will show up when your body will encounter a high temperature:
- Sweating heavily
- Exhaustion or fatigue
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Blacking out or feeling dizzy when standing up
- Weak but fast pulse
- Feelings of nausea
- Vomiting
It would be best if you adapted different habits to protect your skin from the harmful effects of high temperatures. By doing this, your body will be fixed to these changes and saved from the high temperature.
Stay well hydrated:
Stay well-hydrated to avoid heat-related illness best. Drink enough fluids so that your urine is light-colored or clear. Don’t rely solely on thirst as a guide to how much liquid you should drink. When you lose a lot of fluids or sweat profusely, replace electrolytes.

Wear appropriate clothes:
Wear clothing that is appropriate to your environment. Clothes that are too thick or too warm can quickly cause you to become overheated.
Wear sunscreen:
Wear sunscreen when possible to avoid sunburn, which makes it harder for your body to get rid of excess heat.
