The most common side effect of these lower temperatures is dryness, which can lead to the premature appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and dehydration caused by the decreased circulation, making your skin look dull.
There is always an easy way to repair dehydrated skin, and here we will mention the main ingredients and conducts that will help you to prevent or reverse the damage:
- Hyaluronic Acid: It is the magic ingredient for every skin; not only can it help you restore the loss of hydration, but it can also help you prevent fine lines and wrinkles. This ingredient is tolerated by every skin type and combined with every other active ingredient.
- Avoiding hot showers and baths: Hot water will remove the excess oil and take away the natural oil on your skin that is necessary to keep the hydration and avoid water loss.
- Add a hydrating mask at least once a week: You can even try some DIY masks; one of the easiest ones can be made with avocado and honey. Mix the avocado with one tablespoon of honey and mix until you get a homogeneous pulp. Apply to your face, leave it for 10-15 minutes, and rinse with warm water.
