With all the nostalgia of the 90s, Ombre lips are back. If you don’t know about the Ombre lips trend, it was a trendy and featured way of carrying lip makeup with very prominent lip liner paired with lighter lipstick and shiny gloss topped over it. Here are some steps to get you Ombre lips:
- Exfoliate your lips properly to get rid of any dead skin so that your lipstick sets well.
- Shape the line of your lips with a darker shade of lip pencil. Keep it thinner in the middle but thicker at the corners to make your lips look fuller.
- Apply a contrasting lipstick, preferably several shades lighter than the lip liner. Blend it well to make it look diffused with your lip liner.
- Top up with a shiny clear lip gloss to perfect its finishing.
You can play around with this and create a very bold and everyday look with it.
