Our skin is the largest organ of our body and has a vital role in our appearance. That’s why it is easy to notice changes in it. So let’s discuss why changes in season affect your skin complexion.

Weathers definitely have an impact on our skin. It gets oily and greasy in hot and humid weather while dry in winters. But apart from this, several people observe changes in their skin complexion. This is more noticeable in some people than others. If you like to keep your complexion constant, you need to understand these alterations.
During warm weather, it is usually high in humidity. This prompts oil secretion from your sebaceous glands, together with sun exposure which results in skin discoloration and complexion issues. On the other hand, cold and dry weather decreases skin’s oil production and overly dry skin. This is also accompanied by dead skin cells. Together all these can also result in acne and blemishes. However, people usually like to snuggle inside this season, so decreased sun exposure can result in a lighter complexion.

Our skin is sensitive, and it needs continuous care and attention to stay healthy and young. So invest in your skincare regime and change it according to the weather demands.
