It’s time for lunch. What to do? Well, it does not necessarily mean that it’s time to eat. You can run some errands or hit the salon. Or… Better yet… Visit your favorite clinic and get a quick fix. Cosmetic procedures
Injectable
If you want to smoothen out those wrinkles or redefine the shape of your face, you can do some Botox and fillers which will only take a couple of minutes.

You can have a bit of redness and swelling on the injected areas, but these are expected to resolve in a few minutes. Just apply an ice pack and some arnica to reduce the inflammation and you are good to go.
Superficial Chemical Peels
On the other hand, if you want to clean up your pores, lighten some spots, or refresh your skin, you can never go wrong with a superficial chemical peel. The whole procedure will only take 15 to 20 minutes and micro peeling is expected after 2 to 3 days.

Lasers
If you want to remove body hair or rejuvenate the skin without any downtime, lasers are another option.

There are lasers that take a long time and work quite deep into the skin, especially for those that require a numbing cream before the actual procedure. But there are also some laser procedures (e.g. laser hair removal) that only require 20 to 30 minutes of your time and will not leave a trace.
