This winter, you can get healthy, strong, and beautiful hair by taking care of your scalp. Following are some of the common ways:

Apply oil to your scalp:

Oils like olive oil, castor oil, almond oil, etc., are perfect for nourishing and hydrating the lost moisture of your scalp. Oiling your scalp will help the dry hair too.

Don’t forget your conditioner:

Conditioners are formulated to nourish your scalp and not your hair. While applying it, focus on your scalp.  

Don’t cover wet hair:

Use hydrating serums with nourishing ingredients to stimulate your scalp and keep it healthy.

Exfoliate:

Exfoliation of the scalp is beneficial throughout the year, but it becomes essential in winters because of increased chances of dandruff and dryness.
