How Can You Oil Train Your Hair?

People with oily hair know the struggle when a spontaneous plan is spoiled due to oily and greasy hair. That’s why oil training plays an important role. Let’s find out how to oil train your hair.

How Can You Oil Train Your Hair?

Oil training your hair means getting less oily hair and successfully establishing gaps between your hair washes. This gives your hair a break from harsh shampoos, conditioners and hair products. But this does not go in one go. It is a long process, but it is worth it.

For oil training your hair, you have to go step by step. First, stop washing your hair every single day and start taking a gap day. During this gap day, you can definitely take a shower but without washing your hair. A shower cap can help you here. Slowly, increase this gap and wash twice a week only. Gradually you will notice that your hair can stand longer days without being greasy or needing to wash. Just train them up to the days you are comfortable to go without washing them.
