Topical fading creams:
There are topical creams available that fade away these freckles. Luckily they are OTC and usually contain hydroquinone as an ingredient. It suppresses melanin production.
Creams containing retinol and vitamin A compound improves sun-damaged skin and lightens the freckles.
Chemical peels such as glycolic acid also help fade away the freckles.
If nothing works for you, you can opt for laser or cryosurgery methods to get them removed.
