How to take care of your skin during warm weather

Generally, winter tends to damage the skin and leave some evident changes, but believe it or not, heat can also be one of your complexion enemies.

Here are some recommendations to take care of your skin during hot weather:

Sunscreen: It has to be your best friend during the hot season. The best thing to do is to use sunscreen daily in all the areas you will expose to the sun. You must apply the product at least 15 minutes before exposure and repeat every two hours. 

Hydration: Drinking water will allow you to maintain the hydration your skin needs to look smooth. To keep the skin hydrated on the outside, you can use refreshing spray lotion that you can apply during the day or even thermal water, which will give you more benefits. 

Use moisturizer every day: It is essential to use a water-based moisturizer on both the face and body; this will keep the skin hydrated without the heat-generating a greasy film on the surface.
