Sunflower seed also contains vitamin E which is an essential anti-oxidant. It helps scavenge free racial. Thus, protect the skin from damage. Another useful component of sunflower seed is magnesium. It helps regulate hormonal functions. It also controls excessive sebum production to increase the chances of acne. Another amazing effect of sunflower seed is its detoxifying ability. It helps detoxify skin by removing impurities from the skin. It helps prevent pores clogging; prevents the outburst of acne.
