Welcome to your 30s, this is going to be one amazing time of your life. Turing thirty is basically just more fun with a little more maturity. It’s also that time of your life when you need to take care of your skin, so you don’t face any skin problem ahead.
Just like you are growing up, your skin is growing up as well and it’s going to need some adult care to deal with those adult skin issues. Pigmentation, uneven skin and dark circles are all signs that your skin is having adulting issues.
And as difficult as it may sound; taking care of your skin in your 30s is all about following the basics and ensuring that you keep your skin well-nourished all the time.
Here are a few skin care tips that you can follow if you are turning 30 soon…
• Stay hydrated
Keep yourself hydrated by drinking enough water to ensure good skin. Add lemon or lime juice to your water for an extra boost. Also make it a point to not spend more than a few minutes in the shower and use lukewarm water to avoid skin dryness. Use a moisturising body wash for a protective moisture barrier for your skin.

• Cleansing
Make sure you remove all your makeup and cleanse your skin before bedtime. Also remember to cleanse your skin every morning. This allows the skin perform essential protective and renewal functions well.

• Exfoliate
Exfoliate your skin every week and do it at night rather than during the day. Your skin renews overnight, so removing dead skin before bedtime enhances the skin’s function. Exfoliate gently, just to remove dead skin and if you have oily skin or you have acne then exfoliating once in two weeks will be sufficient.
