Here are some recommendations to take care of your skin after sun exposure:
- You should stay hydrated, so you should consume about eight glasses of water daily. You should also include natural juices, vegetables, fruits.

- Apply moisturizers, especially if you were exposed to the sun for long hours, swimming pools, or places where water is treated with chlorine. Chlorine will alter the pH of your skin, so you should moisturize it even more. Otherwise, your skin will become dry, and you could have an allergic reaction.
- Never forget Vitamin C; this vitamin has antioxidant properties; therefore, it will prevent free radical damage, increase collagen production and improve unwanted pigmentation on your skin.
