How to protect your skin from sun?

Protecting the skin from the sun is one of the most effective methods. Sun exposure can lead to discolouration, age spots and other skin issues and raise the risk of skin cancer.

Take your sunscreen. Use an SPF of 15 or more for a wide-spectrum sunscreen. Apply a wide sunscreen every two hours – or more frequently whether you shower or swim.

Natural protection

Wear clothes for protection. Take closely knit and sleeved tops, long skirts and wide-armed hats to protect your skin. Consider also laundry supplements, which have a supplementary coating of UV protection for a certain amount of washings or particular sun-protected clothes — intended to block ultraviolet rays.
