Daffodil, a natural gift for beautiful skin

Let’s not forget about Sea Daffodil!

Sea Daffodil or Pancratium Maritimum is a flower that blooms in the midst of a harsh environment in the Mediterranean region.

Although this flower is not so popular for beauty hacks but you’ll be surprised to know that it’s hiding a lot of lightening skincare potions in it. Daffodil is hardly the leading star in skincare products, but an all-time supporting ingredient. Probably because of its focus on one action which is to lighten dark spots by inhibiting the formation of melanin in the skin. However, there are few claims that it can also increase wound healing and treat acne.

There’s still a lot to learn about this flower, which I hope invites dermatologists and researchers to provide more supporting studies in the coming years.

In spite of this, it is already being used in combination with lightening agents such as niacinamide, soybean seed extract, glasswort extract, vitamin C, and curcuma longa (turmeric).

So if you want a boost for lightening dark spots, it is a good option that you might want to consider.

Some of these are the following skincare products that you can check out:
