Basic active ingredients that you should use in your skincare routine

To build a good skincare routine, one of the most important things is not the number of products you use, but the quality of the active ingredients you are applying to your face.  Depending on your skin’s needs you should choose these activities, but you should learn a bit about them first.

A good skincare routine should be built from the following ingredients, and you can complement it with other serums and peptides to give it a plus.

Sunscreen:

Prevents the harmful effects of solar radiation, the main cause of photoaging. Prevents wrinkles, spots, melanomas. You should apply daily, even if you do not plan any outdoor activities. Remember to reapply every 2-3 days if you are going to be exposed to the sun.

Ceramides:

Are the cement of your skin, they maintain the dermal barrier and thus prevent water loss. As we age, collagen and hydration levels decrease, so we lose elasticity and aging becomes evident.

Antioxidants

Neutralize free radicals, preventing oxidative stress responsible for cellular aging, the consequence of which would be photoaging. They are mainly used in your morning routine and one of the most used products is vitamin C, which should be applied at all times with sunscreen.
