7 DIY Hibiscus Hair Masks for All Types of Hair

Hibiscus also is known as Gudhal, Shoe Flower, Rose Mallow, Shoeblack plant or Chinese rose is a tropical flowering plant which is known to have many benefits on health. Shoe Flower come in a variety of colours which make it apt for decoration and the plant is also cultivated to be made into dietary supplements, teas and oils. It is loaded with Vitamin C, antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties. A sour tasting hibiscus tea can help cure an upset stomach, menstrual pain, bacterial infections, high blood pressure, acne, cold, premature greying and more.

Here we would speak about different types of Shoe Flower hair masks for all type of hair.

1. Hibiscus oil for hair growth

It is extremely good for hair growth. All you need is some Shoe flower and leaves. Wash all the flowers and leaves and grind them together. Now boil some coconut oil in a pan and add these crushed Shoe powder into it. Now turn off the flame and cover the pan with a lid. Let the mixture stand for some time. Now apply this oil on your scalp and leave it at least for 6 hours. Wash off with mild shampoo followed by a conditioner. This oil give best results when used overnight.

2. Hibiscus and Henna for dandruff

All you need to do is take an equal amount of Shoe and henna leaves in a bowl. Now grind both of them to make a thick paste. Add some water if needed, and blend it properly. Now add ½ spoon of lemon juice in this mixture and apply on your scalp. Wait for 30 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water.

3. Hibiscus and Amla hair mask for hair growth

You need to take a 2-3 spoon of amla powder with 3 spoons of hibiscus leaves powder. Mix both the powder together and add some curd if needed. Blend them once again and apply it directly on your scalp. Apply the mask and wait for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with a mild shampoo.

4. Hibiscus hair mask for strong hair

Take some hibiscus leaves and grind them to a paste. Now take curd in one bowl and add the mixture of hibiscus leaves. Now apply it on your scalp and wait for some time. Concentrate more on your tresses because the combination of curd and hibiscus can help to boost hair growth and also make your tresses healthy and strong. Wash off with lukewarm water after some time.

5. Hibiscus and Fenugreek hair mask for dandruff

Using hibiscus and fenugreek on your scalp can help to eradicate dandruff. You need to take some hibiscus flowers and fenugreek seeds together and blend them properly. Now add 1-2 spoon of buttermilk. Apply the paste on your scalp and wait for some time. Wash off with lukewarm water.

6. Hibiscus and Mayonnaise for smooth hair

Take 2-3 spoon of crushed hibiscus powder and add it to mayonnaise. If needed blend both the ingredients together. Now add some coconut oil and apply on your scalp. Concentrate more on the roots of your hair and ends as well. Wash off with lukewarm water after 15 minutes.

7. Hibiscus and Neem leaves for dandruff and scalp problems
