You must be spending a lot on your winter skincare, but minor mistakes can ruin whole hard work. Here are a few skin care products you should not be using in winters if you don’t want to observe any effects of cold weather.

For the sake of healthy and fresh skin, you need to make informed changes every now and then. This helps you avoid several skincare mistakes. Addressing these changes, as the winter season makes your skin more sensitive and irritant, a few of the skincare products you need to drop this season are:
Soaps:
You definitely don’t need to lather up in every shower as you do in summers. It is suggested to avoid way less soap than usual in winters. Try focusing on areas where you tend to get sweaty. You should also switch to a milder version.

Toner:
Almost every single toner contains alcohol as an ingredient. Apart from that, any skincare product with astringent activity must be dropped in the winter season.
Clay masks:
Clay masks or any drying masks, you can use them but minimize the frequency. Also, never forget to apply lots of moisturizers afterwards.
Exfoliation:
Indeed exfoliation is essential in winters too. But you need to do it slightly less frequently.
