Drinking plenty of water can do your skin wonderful things. It helps purify the body by removing all toxins. The best and natural way to build clear, smooth, and glowing skin is through drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.

Water helps flush out all of your body’s toxins and waste. But try to avoid alcohol, carbonated, and sucrose drinks consumption. Include high water content fruit and vegetables in your diet. Also, wash your face 2 times a day to remove dust and dirt from your face to improve your skin’s appearance.
