I’ll explain to you.
For years, everybody knows the benefits of fruits to the skin and health. People use natural things to look natural. Here, I have decided on some fruits which could be beneficial for your healthy skin.
Oranges

They are the source of Vitamin C; the natural pulp keeps the skin hydrated and gives nutrients to grow healthier. The antioxidants fight free radicals and minimize DNA damage. This helps in premature aging.
Lemon fruit

Lemon is used in natural products, which also removes acne. With the presence of vitamin C, it has the same effects as oranges. At the same time, it is used as a cleansing agent to make skin glowing.
Watermelon fruit

It is rich in fibers and water, as it sounds so refreshing by name. It contains almost 92% water, which means you will get hydrated, soft, and glowing skin. It is best for dry skin; especially it also helps to reduce wrinkles and lines.
Mango

In summers, our skin faces too much heat. It contains vitamins A, C, and E. It has anti-inflammatory properties and reduces acne production. It will help to get a radiant summer glow.
