Wonders of mustard oil:

It is power-packed with zinc, beta-carotene and selenium that are known to promote healthy hair growth. If you are struggling with dull and lifeless hair, then massage your hair with mustard oil regularly. This will help boost your blood circulation in your scalp, which further aids hair loss.

Prevents dandruff:

Since it is rich in antioxidants and is anti-bacterial in nature, regular use of it can help in keeping the scalp clean and free from dandruff.

Mustard oil reduces gray hair:

How to make it?
