Hands play an important role in our lives. We use our hands to express ourselves; also use them to show our affection for the ones we love; usually we use them to cuddle our children and we even put them through the stress of daily chores and other complex activities. Our hands are a vital tool that we should definitely care for.

Here are 10 easy ways to give your hands a helping hand!

1.       Whenever you are working in the home or in the garden and know your hands will be close to water or chemicals (such as cleaning products) wear rubber gloves to protect your hands.
