This product can cause the skin to dry out and sometimes turn red, it’s best to consult your dermatologist before starting a retinol regimen. Many dermatologists recommend starting with a low concentration, i.e., 0.2%-0.3% of retinol, and wait how your skin responds to it. Then you can gradually move towards higher concentrations.
