The Non-Surgical Facelift You Can Have During Your Lunch Break

The “lunchtime facelift”, also known as a facelift with PDO threads, is a procedure that takes less than one hour to perform, where threads are placed under the skin, forming a net that will pull the saggy areas, improving them immediately. This treatment is recommended for people preferably in their mid-forties; deep wrinkles and excessive sagginess cannot be improved with threads.

What areas can be treated?

Smile lines, marionette lines, eyebrow lifting, neck, chin, and the lip can be treated. It is not only a treatment for the face but thighs, stomach and arms can also be treated.

How long until you see results?

The results are immediate. Less sagginess will be noticed as soon as the procedure is over; however, the total result will take a few months. The collagen and elastin production will increase during this time.

Are the results permanent?

The non-surgical face lifting with PDO threads is not permanent. Results last for a period of six months, up to a year. The PDO threads will be degraded eventually by the body, being this the main reason why the results are not permanent.

Contraindications?

Not everybody is the perfect candidate; blood disease, pregnancy, and breastfeeding, and active infection in the area to be treated are contraindications.
