If you want to maintain a Healthy skin, you need to make sure you are avoiding certain harmful things. All these enemies will cause you wrinkles, pigmentation, and other types of skin damage. But do not worry, the good news is that you can control almost all of them. You just need to we aware of them first.

Healthy skin Reminder #1: The biggest enemy of all is the Sun

Sun causes pigmentation, wrinkles, and dull skin. We cannot hide from the sun forever because we also need to get our daily doses of vitamin D. A little bit of everything is okay, but we need to be careful not to overexpose. You need to make sure you are always using SPF.
