Eating Greasy Foods Will Cause Acne

A new research study has found that this is not the case. Sure, stuffing your face with greasy pizza on a day-to-day basis isn’t the best idea, but for the most part, food does not cause your acne. Depending on your body, your acne may not necessarily go away by the time you’re 30, 40 or even 50. Some people still carry on with their teenage acne well into retirement, so don’t think you’re home free when you hit the big 3-0.

Your Acne Is Caused by Poor Grooming
