Coconut oil is an antibacterial and antifungal that can help to protect and moisturize the skin and hair. Coconut oil can be used full body after a shower, a few drops of added peppermint oil or sweet orange can add to the calming aroma. Coconut oil can also be used as a face mask to moisturize and fight wrinkles and acne.
