Here Are Some Of The Best Home Remedies For Skin Pigmentation:

1. Raw Potato:

Raw potato is a potent inhibitor of melanocytes; it contains an enzyme named catecholase which slows down and limits the production of melanin pigments. Thus reduces dark spots and promotes skin lightening.

What to do?

Slice the potato and rub it on the affected areas for 3-5 minutes. Leave it for 10 minutes and then wash it off using lukewarm water.

2. Vitamin E:

Vitamin E neutralises the effect of UV radiation and helps in repairing damaged skin, thus helps to cure hyperpigmentation. You can easily purchase Vitamin E from any pharmacy.

What to do?

Puncture 2-3 Vitamin E capsules and mix it with 2-3 drops of castor oil. Apply on the pigmented areas, leave overnight and wash in the morning. Repeat 2 – 3 times a week.

3. Almonds And Milk:

Almonds are the rich source of fatty acids and provide nourishment to skin by making it plump and healthy. Milk rich in lactic acid has lightening and brightening properties which lighten skin discolouration.

What to do?

Make a paste of soaked almonds in raw milk. Apply directly to your skin. Rinse with warm water after 10-15 minutes. For better results, use daily for 3-4 weeks.
