Banana Mask For Thick And Healthy Hair

Banana contains fatty acids that penetrate into the hair and replenish your hair and add volume to it. The combination of banana and yogurt provides long-lasting shine and moisture to your hair and aids hair growth. Therefore, this banana mask is perfect for hair to become healthy.

Bananas are great for your hair and scalp but how?

They improve the texture and shine of hair and control dandruff. Moreover, it moisturizes your scalp. Bananas are rich in potassium, natural oils, carbohydrates and vitamins, which help soften the hair and protect the hair’s natural elasticity, preventing split ends and breakage.

How to make it?

Start by peeling and mashing the banana between your hands before putting into a bowl or blender, along with the yogurt and then mix until the mixture is ready and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Apply the hair mask while paying special attention to your scalp and the roots of your hair

Gently massage your scalp with it.

To make it thicker you can also add aloe-vera gel to the mixture.

Leave it for 10–15 minutes with your head covered so that the mask gets completely absorbed in your scalp and then later wash your hair with cold water thoroughly.

Apply this hair mask twice a week for improved hair texture and reduced hair loss.

Pro-tip:

If you want to add moisture to your hair, banana and honey are two ingredients that work well in an overnight hair mask.

Also use a fine tooth comb and add conditioner to your scalp while washing your hair regularly.
