Banana Face Mask for Dry Skin

You’ve no doubt heard of the many beauty benefits of everything from baking soda to apple cider vinegar, papaya, and everything in between. Well, this one’s no exception: we all know bananas have great beauty benefits, especially when it comes to skin care. Bananas are packed full of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients which feed the skin and imparts moisture. Bananas are extensively used all over the world for dry skin, aging skin, and acne prone skin.
You’ll Need:
- 1 medium banana
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
You can also just use a mashed banana as a face mask which is a great way to impart moisture and prevent wrinkles, but we’ve added a few ingredients to make it EXTRA effective!
The yogurt acts as a natural cleanser, but is also very effective at combating acne.
Honey is a natural anti-septic as well as a skin lightener, so it works great for aging skin, dark spots, and uneven skin tone.
