Just like other makeup products, concealers come in different shades. However, choosing the right shade is not the only thing about a good concealer but the type of concealer is also important. There are two options before you- a liquid concealer and a cream concealer.
Liquid concealer:
Liquid concealers are of lighter formula with ease of application. It neither aggravates your acne nor cakes your foundation. Liquid concealers are available for both matte and shimmery look. They are perfect for normal to combination and acne-prone skin.
Cream concealer:
Cream concealers are of thicker consistency and come in both jar and palette form. It gives better coverage than liquid concealer because of its thick texture. It is perfect for hyperpigmentation and melasma. Dry and sensitive skins are better suited with cream concealers.
There is a third type of concealer that comes in the form of a stick. It has a slightly creamy but semi-solid consistency. Stick concealers are perfect for normal skin. If cream or liquid concealers do not suit you, you can also try Stick concealers.
