STEP 1:
Cleanse your face twice a day with a good face wash depending on whether you have dry skin, oily skin, combination skin or sensitive skin. Once you get up from the bed in the morning, cleanse your face. And at night, don’t forget to cleanse your face before going to bed. Cleansing will remove all the dirt, oil and bacteria from your face, which may cause breakouts. It will help to stimulate the blood circulation in your skin and make your skin glow. Take a small amount of cleanser onto your fingers and apply all over face in a circular motion. Then rinse off with water. Now pat dry your face with a clean towel.
To balance the pH level of your skin, use an alcohol-free toner twice a day. Select a toner that suits your skin type. A few minutes after cleansing your face, apply a small amount of toner to a cotton pad and simply wipe over your entire face, by avoiding the sensitive eye area. After applying the toner, do not rinse off or dry your skin with a towel, just let your skin breath and air dry.
STEP 3:
A good moisturizer that suits your skin type is essential to help your skin stay soft, smooth and hydrated. You can also use a moisturizer which protects your skin from the sun throughout the day.
