1. Clean your face with a cleanser before putting makeup
Use warm water and use a cleanser according to your skin type. If you have sensitive skin, try a soft or milk cleanser, for acne, try salicylic acid and for oily skin, go for gel cleansers.
2. Don’t forget about exfoliation
Remember that exfoliation is not a daily treatment. Just do it once or twice a week. This will help you to have a more even appearance.
3. Use Toner before any makeup
First, make sure it is alcohol-free. You can apply it with a cotton pad or use the ones that come as a spray and leave it to dry before applying the next product. Toner will help you to balance the pH of your skin and in some cases remove the bacteria left.

5. Eye Cream
Always apply before your moisturizer. Remember to apply your eye product with your ring finger and do circular movements around your eyes.
6. Moisturizers
Try a light moisturizer and make sure it contains SPF, especially if you are going out during the day. Wait until it is fully absorbed by your skin before doing the next step.
7. Primer
This will separate your moisturizer from your makeup. This step will take you a few minutes but it will make a big difference in your final result. This will give you an even look and it will avoid creases on your makeup.
8. Apply makeup as usual
Now your skin is ready to go! You can apply your makeup as it is.
