Only a month left for summer season to come. As much as we love the warm weather with beautiful sunbeams caressing our skin ; we can’t deny the increased acne and the dangers of the sun’s UV rays.
Therefore the skin-care routines during the hot summer months are different from the ones in other seasons. Protecting, hydrating and nourishing the skin during hot weather conditions can be a daunting task. Thankfully, there are some easy ways to keep the skin looking lovely all summer long.
1. Avocado and Honey Mask
Avocado and honey mask is great to restore the moisture in the skin, which is lost in the dry heat of summers. Victoria Beckham and Jessica Beil swear by this mask for summers. Coconut oil replenishes the moisture, while honey repairs the chaffed and scaly skin. Avocado provides nutrition to your skin with a delicious smell and freshness
Ingredients:
- ½ ripe avocados
- ½ tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions:
Mash avocados to a fine creamy texture and add honey and coconut oil to it. Apply it all over your face and keep for 15 minutes until dry. Wash off with warm water and dab dry with a towel.
2. Skin-brightening Lemon and Strawberry Pack
