Sensitive skin will suffer from irritation and sensitivity more quickly than the rest of the skin we consider normal. These changes can be caused by extreme temperatures, products, hormones, and exposure to certain factors.
Generally, people with sensitive skin tend to show unfavorable reactions to perfumes, pigments, detergents, and even makeup. Hence, a prior assessment of these is ideal for determining what you might react to.
Facial care
In morning care, it is essential to use a soap preferably with neutral pH and without dyes or perfumes, constantly applying very carefully and removing warm water. Then you can add a toner or rose water to refresh the face and serum with hyaluronic acid and niacinamide since the combination of both can strengthen the skin barrier and have anti-inflammatory properties.
It is essential, and you should not forget to apply SPF every day, even if it is cloudy, do not forget that UV rays are always present, even if it is not sunny. For sensitive skin, it is advisable to choose products with titanium dioxide or zinc oxide.
How to choose makeup?
You should avoid waterproof and long-lasting makeup for sensitive skin and be careful and choose eyeliners, as these generally contain latex and cause allergies.
