Prevention and treatment for orange peel skin for your legs

Treating this condition is not an easy task; there is no magic product or massage that can get you out of it in just one try; however, a combination of diet, products, and changes in your routine may improve it. The orange peel skin is produced by accumulation of fat tissue under the collagen cells, creating small lumps that give this orange skin appearance.

Also, genetics and gender play an important part. It is more evident in women; they tend to accumulate fat in certain areas due to hormonal imbalance and fragile and thinner tissues, making it more prevalent in women than men.

How to treat it?

    • Exfoliation: It will increase the circulation; you can do it once or twice a week while you shower, complement it with massages doing circular movement at the end of the exfoliation.
    • Exercise: Run, go to the gym or practice a sport, otherwise the toxins will accumulate in the area, and you can also experience climatic insufficiency.
  • Avoid sugar, salt, and flower.
  • Drink plenty of water and avoid sodas: Drink around eight glasses of water daily and avoid sodas; they contain high amounts of sugar and ingredients bad for your health.
  • Try Radiofrequency: Not only will it make your skin tighter, but it will reduce the orange skin appearance.
